Order Processing
All orders are carefully prepared and dispatched within 3–4 business days of placement. Orders submitted Friday through Sunday will begin processing the following Monday and ship within 4 business days.
You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been fulfilled.
Fulfillment & Delivery
To ensure the highest quality and availability, After Dark fulfills orders from our warehouse locations worldwide. Orders containing multiple items may arrive in separate packages within a few days of one another, this is completely normal and does not indicate an issue with your order.

Order Changes & Cancellations
We begin processing your order promptly to ensure timely delivery. Because of this, changes and cancellations have a very limited window after purchase.
If you need to request a modification or cancellation, contact us immediately at [email] with:
- Your order number
- The email used at checkout
Once production has begun or a tracking number has been issued, we are unable to cancel or modify the order. We appreciate your understanding — this allows us to deliver your pieces as quickly as possible.
Address Accuracy
Please review all shipping details carefully before completing your purchase. After Dark is not responsible for delays, losses, or returns resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address.
If your package is returned to us due to an address error:
- We will notify you promptly upon receipt
- Re-shipment fees will apply to resend your order
- If the matter is unresolved within 30 days, the items will be returned to inventory — however, we will honor your original order and waive shipping on any reorder
For post-shipment delivery concerns, we recommend contacting your carrier directly using the tracking number provided.
