AFTER DARK — RETURNS & REFUND POLICY


RETURN ELIGIBILITY

After Dark accepts return requests submitted within 7 days of confirmed delivery. To qualify, all items must be returned in their original condition — unopened, unworn, and with the packaging seal intact. Items that do not meet these standards will not be eligible for a return or refund.


SALE ITEMS

Discounted items are eligible for return provided they meet the conditions outlined above.

The following are strictly non-returnable under any circumstance:

  • Final Sale items
  • Bundle offers
  • Archive and clearance items

If you are uncertain whether your item qualifies, contact our support team prior to initiating a return.


REFUNDS

Upon receipt and inspection of your returned item, a refund will be issued to the original payment method within 3–7 business days. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable. Refunds apply to the cost of the product only.


INITIATING A RETURN

To begin the return process, contact our team at afterdark@nvsgroup.su or via Instagram with the following information:

  • Order number
  • Item(s) being returned
  • Reason for return (optional but appreciated)

Our team will respond within 1 business day with return instructions.

ORDER MODIFICATIONS & CANCELLATIONS

Orders may be modified or cancelled prior to dispatch. Once a shipment has been initiated, no further changes or cancellations can be accommodated. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.


MISSING ORDERS

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, we recommend first reviewing your tracking information. Should tracking reflect no movement for 10 or more business days, contact our support team immediately and we will investigate on your behalf.


NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items are not eligible for return or refund under any circumstances:

  • Gift cards
  • Personalized or custom orders
  • Final Sale items

Every piece released under After Dark is held to a deliberate standard of quality. We ask that all returns are handled with the same level of care.
